I need to return my guitar for a repair. What do I do?

We are proud of everything that we manufacture, and hope that your Keipro instrument and accessories will bring you many years of joy. Things don’t always go to plan though, in which case we will always do our best to help you out with any problem, whether it’s a warranty matter or not.

Please get in touch with our customer support. We will asses the situation and if the issue appears to be covered by warranty we will organize the shipping and pay for the repairs of your instrument.
If your guitar no longer has a valid warranty, this doesn’t mean that we won’t help you, but we will likely have to charge you something for it. Every situation will be evaluated individually on basis of the information we have.
